Power Balls
1 cup peanut butter (or your choice of nut butter)
1/4 cup maple syrup (or your choice of sweetener)
2 servings of unflavored collagen protein (optional)
1/4 cup flaxmeal
1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2-3/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1/4 cup currants (or dried fruit of choice)
1/4 mini chocolate chips

  1. Start by mixing the peanut butter, syrup, and collagen(if using).
  2. Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Adjust consistency with more oats as needed.
  3. roll into preferred size and keep in fridge. Enjoy!
    *Option to roll in coconut, melted chocolate, cocoa powder, or other mix-ins!
