Power Balls
1 cup peanut butter (or your choice of nut butter)
1/4 cup maple syrup (or your choice of sweetener)
2 servings of unflavored collagen protein (optional)
1/4 cup flaxmeal
1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2-3/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1/4 cup currants (or dried fruit of choice)
1/4 mini chocolate chips
- Start by mixing the peanut butter, syrup, and collagen(if using).
- Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Adjust consistency with more oats as needed.
- roll into preferred size and keep in fridge. Enjoy!
*Option to roll in coconut, melted chocolate, cocoa powder, or other mix-ins!
